The S25FL512SDPMFIG11 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad data paths, including DDR modes, and operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply. With 256-KB uniform sectors, 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year data retention, and advanced security, it is ideal for automotive and industrial code storage.
