The S25FL512SAGMFB010 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI Multi-I/O, including DDR read, with a core voltage of 2.7 V to 3.6 V and I/O voltage from 1.65 V to 3.6 V.
