The S25FL256SAGMFVG00 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory based on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes plus DDR read commands, with read rates up to 80 MBps and page programming up to 1.5 MBps. Operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers flexible sector architectures, 100,000 cycles, and 20-year retention. AEC-Q100 grades suit automotive and industrial embedded storage.
