The S25FL256SAGMFIR10 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad I/O, plus DDR read for up to 80 MBps throughput. Operating at 2.7–3.6 V (core) and 1.65–3.6 V (I/O), it is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified for automotive (-40°C to +125°C). Security features include OTP, block, and password-controlled sector protection.
