The S25FL128SDPMFV001 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI including DDR modes, with core voltage 2.7 V to 3.6 V and I/O supply 1.65 V to 3.6 V. Maximum read speed is 80 MBps in Quad DDR mode. With 100,000 program-erase cycles, 20-year data retention, flexible sector options, and AEC-Q100 automotive grade, it suits embedded and automotive code storage.
