The S25FL128SAGMFB010 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory utilizing 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it supports automotive temperature ranges up to 125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1). Maximum read speeds reach 52 MBps (Quad) and 80 MBps (Quad DDR). Security features include OTP and block protection. Ideal for code shadowing, XIP, and embedded storage, it offers high endurance and 20-year retention.
