The S25FL128SAGMFA000 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports up to 52 MBps Quad read, DDR read up to 80 MBps, and page programming up to 1.5 MBps. Hybrid sector architecture offers 32 x 4-KB and 64-KB sectors, with 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year retention. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V (core), 1.65 V to 3.6 V (I/O), it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) and is available in a 16-pin SOIC package.
