The S25FL128SAGBHV300 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory featuring Infineon's MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core voltage and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, supporting Single, Dual, Quad, and DDR modes. Endurance is rated at 100,000 cycles per sector, with minimum 20-year data retention. AEC-Q100 qualification and extended temperature range up to 125°C suit demanding embedded and automotive applications.
