The S25FL128SAGBHIA13 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for high-speed operation. It supports up to 133 MHz clock (52 MBps Quad, 80 MBps Quad DDR), SPI Multi-I/O, 24- and 32-bit addressing, and flexible hybrid or uniform sector architectures.
