The S25FL128SAGBHI313 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture, supporting single, dual, and quad I/O plus DDR read commands for high-speed operation. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, with AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +125°C) qualification. Maximum read speeds reach 52 MBps (Quad SDR) and 80 MBps (Quad DDR).
