The S25FL064P0XMFA003 is a 64-Mbit 3.0 V SPI NOR flash memory for automotive use, AEC-Q100 Grade 3 qualified (-40°C to +85°C). It features 128 uniform 64 kB sectors, 256-byte page size, and supports single, dual, and quad I/O modes up to 104 MHz. Built on 90 nm MirrorBit® technology, it offers 100,000 program/erase cycles per sector, 20-year data retention, and a one-time programmable area for secure identification. It operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V.
