The S25FL064P0XMFA000 is a 64-Mbit, 3.0 V SPI NOR flash memory using 90 nm MirrorBit® technology, with 128 uniform 64 kB sectors and sub-sector support. It delivers up to 104 MHz fast and quad I/O reads, 1.5 ms page programming, 100,000 program/erase cycles per sector, and 20-year data retention. Supporting automotive temperature up to 105°C and AEC-Q100 qualification, it integrates OTP security and advanced protection for reliable code and data storage.
