The S25FL064LABMFM003 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory with 3.0 V supply, using 65-nm floating gate technology. It supports single, dual, and quad I/O, up to 54 MBps read speed (Quad, 108 MHz SDR/54 MHz DDR), and 256-byte page programming. Features include block and region protection, four security regions, and password protection. Operating from -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1), it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
