The S25FL064LABMFI001 is a 64 Mb SPI flash memory supporting single, dual, and quad I/O, QPI, and DDR read modes. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it achieves up to 108 MHz SDR and 54 MHz DDR clock rates, with maximum read speeds of 54 MBps. Four 256-byte Security Regions enhance data integrity. Automotive qualified (AEC-Q100 Grade 1, -40°C to +125°C), it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles. Ideal for code shadowing and embedded storage in automotive and industrial systems.
