The S25FL064LABMFB001 is a 64 Mb (8 MB) automotive-grade serial NOR flash memory with a 3.0 V SPI multi-I/O interface supporting single, dual, quad, QPI, and DDR read modes. It operates from -40°C to +105°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2) with a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply. Fast read speeds up to 54 MBps, a 256-byte page buffer, flexible erase options, and advanced security features provide robust data protection for automotive and industrial embedded applications requiring high reliability.
