The S25FL032P0XMFA013 is a 32-Mbit (4 MB) 3.0 V SPI NOR Flash memory using 0.09 μm MirrorBit® technology, supporting single, dual, and quad I/O modes up to 104 MHz. It features 64 uniform 64-KB sectors, 256-byte page programming, and one-time programmable (OTP) regions for secure identification.
