R9 N-channel MOSFET JANSR2N7649U3 is a high-performance, 250V and 17A rad hard MOSFET designed for space applications. It offers electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID and comes in a SMD-0.5 package. This QPL qualified MOSFET features improved immunity to SEE, low RDS(on), and faster switching times for increased power density and reduced power loss in high-speed switching applications like DC-DC converters and motor controllers.
