The rad hard N-channel MOSFET JANSR2N7598U3 in a SMD-0.5 package is designed for high speed switching applications of up to 600V and 3.4A. With improved immunity to SEE and electrical performance up to 100krad (Si) TID, this MOSFET is ideal for space applications. Its very low RDS(on) and faster switching times increase power density and reduce power loss.
