This N-channel MOSFET is rad hard with an electrical performance of up to 100krad(Si) TID. JANSR2N7579U2A has a 100V voltage rating, 56A current rating, and low RDS(on) with low gate charge. Its IR HiRel R6 technology provides high performance for space applications in this single R6 N-channel device in a SupIR-SMD package. QPL qualified, JANSR2N7579U2A is ideal for DC-DC converters and motor controllers in space.
