JANSF2N7653U2A is a single R9 N-channel MOSFET in SuperIR-SMD package designed for space applications. With a voltage rating of 100V and current rating of 100A, this device offers electrical performance up to 300krad(Si) TID and improved immunity to Single Event Effects (SEE). The superjunction MOSFET has low RDS(on) and fast switching times, making it suitable for high voltage applications such as DC-DC converters or motor drives in space.
