This R9 superjunction N-channel MOSFET is a rad hard device with a voltage rating of 60V and a maximum current of 100A. With its improved immunity to Single Event Effects and LET up to 90MeV·cm2/mg, JANSF2N7652U2A is ideal for high-speed switching applications such as DC-DC converters and motor controllers. In a SupIR-SMD package, its low RDS(on) and faster switching times reduce power losses and increase power density in space PMAD applications.
