JANSF2N7647D5 R9 N-channel MOSFET is a radiation-hardened power device suitable for space applications. With a voltage rating of 60V and a current rating of 30A, it is QPL qualified and features low RDS(on) and fast switching times. It maintains temperature stability of electrical parameters and has improved immunity to Single Event Effects (SEE) for useful performance with Linear Energy Transfer (LET) up to 90MeV·cm2/mg.
