JANSF2N7591U3 is a rad hard, 200V, 16A N-channel MOSFET in a SMD-0.5 package. With electrical performance up to 300krad(Si) TID, QPL classification and LET up to 90MeV·cm2/mg, this MOSFET is ideal for space applications.
