The REAL3™ IRS9103A is an automotive-grade laser diode and LED illumination driver IC designed for automotive applications. It is optimized for high-power and fast-switching applications, such as indirect Time-of-Flight applications using a Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL). The driver integrates an LVDS receiver input, gate driver, and switch components in a tiny package, enabling a compact and efficient design. Built-in fail-safe mechanisms round out the feature set, making it suitable for most size, cost, and performance-optimized camera module designs.
