The IR HiRel R9 N-channel MOSFET IRHYS9A3034CM is a high-performance, rad hard MOSFET rated for 60V and 30A. It comes in a TO-257AA low ohmic package. With superior immunity to SEE and electrical performance up to 300krad(Si) TID, it is ideal for space applications. This COTS MOSFET's low RDS(on) and fast switching times make it suitable for high-speed switching applications like DC-DC converters and motor controllers.
