The IRHYB9A3234CM R9 N-channel MOSFET, in a TO-257AA tabless low ohmic package, is rad hard and operates at 250V/17A. Its fast switching times, low RDS(on), and improved SEE immunity make it ideal for high-speed switching applications such as DC-DC converters and motor controllers. This COTS device is suitable for space applications and retains all well-established MOSFET advantages.
