The IRHY57230CMSE R5 N-channel MOSFET is a rad hard power device for space applications. This COTS device features a 200V/12A rating, low RDS(on), and low gate charge, reducing power losses in DC-DC converters and motor control. Its reliability is ensured with decades of proven performance and characterization for TID and SEE. With electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID and a TO-257AA package, it is designed for space power systems.
