IR HiRel’s IRHSLNA57064SCS Synchronous Rectifier is designed for space and defense use, combining an N-Channel rad hard MOSFET and a Schottky diode in a SMD-2 package. Its QIRL classification and electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID make it extremely reliable in harsh conditions. Its low conduction and switching losses and low voltage drop Schottky Rectifier make it an excellent choice for DC-DC converters with outputs up to 75A.
