IRHNS67264 R6 N-channel MOSFET is a rad hard, 250V, 50A device with electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID. With low RDS(on) and low gate charge, it's perfect for switching applications such as DC-DC converters and motor controllers. This COTS device comes in a SupIR-SMD package. Voltage control, fast switching, and temperature stability make it an excellent choice for space applications.
