The rad hard N-channel MOSFET IRHNS63164SCS provides high performance power for space applications. With a voltage rating of 150V and 56A current rating, it uses IR HiRel R6 technology and features a SupIR-SMD package. It has electrical performance up to 300krad(Si) TID classification, low RDS(on) and low gate charge for reduced power losses. It retains all benefits of MOSFETs such as voltage control, fast switching, and temperature stability.
