IRHNJC9A3034 is an R9 rad hard N-channel MOSFET with a 60V, 40A capacity and ceramic lid SMD-0.5 package. Its electrical performance up to 300krad(Si) TID and improved immunity to SEE make it perfect for space applications. Low RDS(on) and faster switching times also make it ideal for high-speed switching applications like DC-DC converters and motor controllers. COTS rated and LET up to 90MeV·cm2/mg.
