IRHNJ67230 is a rad hard R6 N-channel MOSFET for space applications. With a voltage rating of 200V and current rating of 16A, this MOSFET in a SMD-0.5 package boasts improved immunity to SEE and LET up to 90MeV·cm2/mg. It has low RDS(on) and faster switching times, making it ideal for high-speed switching applications. COTS rated and electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID.
