IRHNA67160SCSD R6 N-channel MOSFET is a rad hard, 100V, 56A MOSFET in a compact SMD-2 package on a DBC carrier. With electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID, these QIRL classified devices are perfect for space applications. The combination of low RDS(on) and low gate charge results in minimal power losses while retaining all the advantages offered by MOSFETs.
