IRHM7250 is a single rad hard N-channel MOSFET designed for space applications. With a voltage rating of 200V and a rating of 26A, it features low RDS(on) and low gate charge, making it ideal for DC-DC converters and motor control. This device has been characterized for both Total Dose and Single Event Effects (SEE), with reliable performance up to 100krad(Si) TID. It comes in a TO-254AA package and is classified as COTS.
