IRHLNMC83Y20SCS is a single N-channel MOSFET in SMD-0.2 package with 20V, 17A capacity. It is rad hard and can withstand up to 300krad(Si) TID with QIRL space-level screening. With post-radiation acceptable operating limits, it provides a simple solution for interfacing CMOS and TTL control circuits to power devices in space and radiation environments. The R8 FET is ideal for interfacing with logic gates, linear ICs, and micro-controllers.
