IRHLNKC797034 is a rad hard, P-channel MOSFET with -60 V and -22 A, in a single SMD-0.5e enhanced package with a ceramic lid and electrical performance up to 100 krad(Si) TID. IR HiRel R7 Logic Level Power MOSFETs provide a simple solution to interfacing CMOS and TTL control circuits to power devices in space and other radiation environments.
