IRHE57034 is a rad hard single N-channel MOSFET that can handle 60V and 12A. It comes in a surface mount 18-pin LCC package and has electrical performance up to 100krad(Si) TID. With low RDS(on) and gate charge, this COTS R5 device is ideal for space POL converters for FPGA, ASIC, and DSP core rails; power distribution circuits; active ORing circuits and more. Characterized for SEE with useful performance up LET of 80 (MeV/(mg/cm2)).
