ICE5AR3995BZ is a highly integrated current-mode controller, part of Infineon's 5th gen CoolSET™ family. Supports isolated and non-isolated flyback topology. Integrated error amplifier and MOSFET for direct feedback and wide input voltage range. DIP-7 package with protection features, frequency jittering, and active burst mode for efficiency. Ideal for smart metering and industrial apps.
