The HFB60HNS20SCS is a 200V 60A HiRel ultrafast recovery diode in a SupIR-SMD package. It's optimized for high frequency power conditioning systems, reducing losses and EMI/RFI, while eliminating the need for a snubber due to its soft recovery. Ideal for power converters, motor drives, and other applications where switching losses are significant. This device has S level screening and is suitable for space applications.
