The CY8C4146LWE-HVS115XT is a high-voltage, mixed-signal automotive microcontroller in a 56-pin QFN package. It features a 48 MHz Arm Cortex-M0+ CPU, 64 KB flash, 8 KB SRAM, a 12-bit 1 Msps SAR ADC, and CAPSENSE™ for capacitive sensing. Supporting up to 41 GPIOs, two LIN and two CXPI channels, it operates from a 12 V/24 V battery with selectable 3.3 V or 5 V output. AEC-Q100 qualified and ISO 26262 ASIL-B capable, it targets automotive HMI, body, and powertrain applications.
