The CY8C4146LWE-HVS015T is an automotive high-voltage mixed-signal MCU with a 48 MHz Arm Cortex-M0+ core, 64 KB flash, and 8 KB SRAM in a 56-pin QFN. It integrates a 12-bit 1 Msps SAR ADC, advanced CAPSENSE™ technology, up to 41 GPIOs, dual LIN and CXPI transceivers, and five 16-bit TCPWM blocks. The device is AEC-Q100 qualified, ISO 26262 ASIL-B process compliant, and operates from 12 V/24 V batteries, making it ideal for HMI, body, and powertrain applications.
