The CY8C4146LDE-HVS104XT is a high-voltage mixed-signal automotive microcontroller with a 48 MHz Arm Cortex-M0+ CPU, 64 KB flash, and 8 KB SRAM in a 48-pin QFN. It features a 12-bit 1 Msps SAR ADC, fifth-generation CAPSENSE™ for capacitive sensing, and up to 33 GPIOs. The device supports two LIN and two CXPI channels, two SCBs for I2C/SPI/UART, and operates from a 12 V/24 V battery with a selectable 5 V LDO. AEC-Q100 qualified and ISO 26262 ASIL-B capable.
