The CY22394FXCT is a three-PLL, serial- and flash-programmable clock generator with five outputs supporting CMOS and LVPECL signal types. Operating from 3.135 V to 3.465 V and 0°C to 70°C, it accepts input frequencies from 1 MHz to 166 MHz and provides output frequencies up to 400 MHz. Features include on-chip clock generation with three PLLs, field programmability, and RoHS compliance for commercial timing applications.
