The CY15V116QN-40BKXAT is a 16-Mbit EXCELON™ Auto F-RAM with 2048K × 8 organization and SPI interface up to 40 MHz. Operating from 1.71 V to 1.89 V and –40°C to +85°C, it offers virtually unlimited endurance, 151-year data retention, instant non-volatile writes, and advanced write protection. Low active (2.7 mA typ) and standby (14 µA typ) currents, deep power-down, and hibernate modes suit automotive data logging and frequent non-volatile storage. AEC-Q100 Grade 3 compliant.
