The CY15B201QN-50SXET is a 1-Mb EXCELON™ Auto Ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with virtually unlimited endurance of 10 trillion read/write cycles and 121-year data retention. Operating from 1.8 V to 3.6 V across -40°C to +125°C, it meets AEC-Q100 Grade 1 automotive requirements. The device supports SPI up to 50 MHz, advanced write protection, and unique ID and serial number registers. Low-power modes and robust data integrity suit automotive and industrial applications.
