The CY15B104QI-20BFXIT is a 4-Mbit EXCELON™ LP ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) with a high-speed SPI interface up to 20 MHz, organized as 512K × 8. Operating from 1.8 V to 3.6 V across –40°C to +85°C, it is housed in an 8-pin UFLGA package. The device features virtually unlimited endurance of 10^15 read/write cycles, 151-year data retention at 60°C, advanced write protection, unique device ID, and ultra-low power operation for demanding industrial applications.
