CY14E101J2-SXIT is a 1-Mbit (128K × 8) serial (I2C) nvSRAM that combines SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It operates from 4.5 V to 5.5 V over -40°C to 85°C, in an 8-pin SOIC with VCAP. It supports I2C up to 3.4 MHz and provides zero cycle delay reads/writes. AutoStore saves SRAM on power-down and RECALL restores on power-up, with 1 million STORE cycles and 20-year retention at 85°C.
