CY14B256LA-SP25XI is a 256-Kbit (32 K × 8) parallel nvSRAM combining fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It supports hands-off AutoStore on power-down and RECALL on power-up, plus software- or pin-initiated STORE/RECALL. Operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over –40°C to +85°C with 25 ns access time, 20-year retention, 1 million STORE cycles, and 68 µF typical VCAP, in a 48-pin SSOP.
