CY14B108N-BA45XIT is an 8-Mbit nvSRAM organized as 512 K × 16 that combines fast SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage per cell. It performs automatic STORE on power-down using a 122 µF to 360 µF VCAP capacitor and RECALL on power-up, with software- or pin-initiated STORE/RECALL. Runs from 2.7 V to 3.6 V over −40°C to +85°C, retains data 20 years, and supports 45 ns access in a 48-ball FBGA.
