The CY14B108L-BA45XI is an 8-Mbit (1024 K × 8) parallel nvSRAM combining SRAM with QuantumTrap nonvolatile storage. It runs from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply over -40°C to 85°C and supports 45 ns access. Automatic STORE on power-down and RECALL on power-up preserve data without software intervention, rated for 1,000 K STORE cycles and 20-year retention in a 48-ball FBGA package.
